## Product Direction

The original Candidate Finder recruitment portal remains the core product: packages, memberships, payments, CMS, job board, quizzes, interviews, candidates, and employer dashboards. HRM is now staged as a plugin layer around the modern HCM baseline: core employee database, onboarding, attendance/leave, timesheets, documents, offboarding, performance/OKRs, compensation/payroll handoff, engagement/help desk, analytics, automation, mobile access, skills/workforce planning, and consultant/client operations.
